PAY AS YOU GO
I've recently changed my training plans to a "pay as you go method". This means that at the start of every month, you will pay $75 for all of my coaching insights, expertise, and customized workouts. I will send you a questionnaire to ask what you are looking for and to get a better idea of your goals and previous experience. Your workouts will be uploaded weekly in the Training Peaks platform with detailed instructions, tips, and effort levels. Most of my athletes prefer this method so that they aren't locked in to a certain number of months and can start and end at any time depending on their race schedules and off-season. All payments are to be made in the form of e-transfers at the start of every month.

All training plans include a FREE 1-week sample of your customized training plan. If you enjoy your free trial, a complete training plan will be created for you and updated weekly based on the goals you have mentioned in your questionnaire. All plans are designed to fit each individual’s needs. All plans include a questionnaire to determine what you are looking for, race preparation, multiple daily workouts to choose from, detailed training tips, and weekly check-in via email.
